Shipping Information

All items ship direct from South Korea to every country in the world.

Shipping Methods

All items ship from South Korea using Registered Air Mail OR EMS Express Air. If we do not have your part in stock, we will order it from the Hyosung warehouse, which usually takes about 2 days. Both are quite reliable and include online tracking.

Generally, Registered Air Mail takes 8 to 20 business days; EMS Air Express will take 4 to 7 business days. Our software will display both prices at checkout and let you choose between them.

The weight limit for Registered Air is 2kg; above that only EMS is available. Please note there are a few countries for which only EMS is available, and only this option will be shown on the site.

Korean or local holidays, bad weather, or slow customs can delay your delivery in rare circumstances.

Customs Fees and Import Duties

Import taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Some country may take 5 to 10 days to deliver than the shipping times indicated above. In our experience, Malta, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Italy are some country where customs checks tend to be slow and can hold up your order.

As a general rule, items will be shipped the same business day we receive your payment. Sometimes, however, we have to order it from the Hyosung warehouse, which generally takes two business days.

Please make sure to include your Telephone when your payment. It is important to have your phone number to guarantee that your package gets delivered.

If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice.
